It's not your cat is it? I think you said something about your cat being sick in a previous journal. If it is, I empathize. I had a cat who had this rather huge lump on her chest and one day the floor in my room had a bunch of blood on it. My cat had cancer and we had to put her down. It hurt, and it's going to hurt. But it'll be alright. He's still with you, he's just got to look down to see you now. >^W^<

He was not doing well, at all. He was refusing to eat or drink, and would just lie around. He was really weak and it hurt to see him in the condition he was. :/ I basically stayed with him, petting him, until he.. basically.. died.

What happened to your cat sounds almost like something that happened to one of ours around a year or two ago.. except she didn't have any kind of lump.. but she was basically... drooling and spitting up blood.

Yes... it hurts.. a lot. He's been with me for years, through thick and thin. If I needed to cry to someone and there was no one else around to be there for me, he was there for me.. he would help me feel better... It really does hurt... knowing I'll never see or hold him ever again.

He's only been gone for about 10-15 minutes and I already miss him like hell.

Yeah, at least he's not in any pain anymore. I had the feeling, whenever he yowled.. that he was in some sort of pain...</sub>

Oh no... my condolences Keep him in your heart, and know he's probably alot happier now, not in pain anymore. I know it's hard to lose someone or something precious, but I hope you feel better soon.

Trouble.. he's.. gone.

He hasn't been doing well... but I didn't expect him to go so fast. :/ Not even 5 minutes after my sister said he wasn't going to last much longer.. he.. just... died.

I.. I was there with him, petting him.. until he took his last breath.

It's just that... he's been through a lot with me.. been with me for years..... it just.. hurts horribly to know that he is gone. I am never going to be able to pet.. or cuddle.. or hold him ever again...

..And to make things worse, he was the last of the cats. :/</sub>

Wow. Aren't cats great? I'm the same way. I have 2 right now. The brother of the one we had to put down and a siamese mix. Frack's the name of the one we put down. Frick is her brother ((i didn't pick the names...)) Frick was really depressed. Wouldn't eat and such and we feared the worst for him as well. So we got my cat (the siamese) Alexander.

But yeah I go to them too whenever I need a shoulder to cry on. I don't know what it's like to have cats for many years. The longest I had a cat was about 2 years. His name was Max. He was born from Princess and had three siblings. But the mom died about 2 weeks after they were born. My brother let her out of the house and we had to leave and...well someone had moved her to the side of the road thankfully...we had to bury her when we got home...but Max began thinking I was his mom because I was the one feeding them, etc. He started suckling on my ear at a young age. All-in-all I got hugely attacked to him and then we had to move...and the only place that we could move into didn't allow pets...so I had to get rid of him. It was a HORRIBLE time for me.

Trust me though, it'll get better. And you're right. He's not in pain anymore. And I'm sure he wouldn't want you to be in pain either. So get the tears out. Sob, cry, if you get angry punch pillows or so. And then smile. It'll be fine.

<sub>Out of all the bad things that have happened lately.. this is most certainly the worst, by far. :/ God.. I really seriously cannot stop crying now.. it just.. hurts so much.

As for the kitten thing, I wish, but I doubt it. :/ I'd love to get a kitten or something.. wouldn't be the same, but I'd have something I guess... but my mom is hugely set on not getting another cat (because apparently, they rip up her stuff... stuff she can easily put in her room which has its door always closed, but she doesn't. *rolls eyes*), and since I'm not very convincing, it's not likely.. even though my dad was interested in getting another cat not too long ago actually.

:/ I know.. and I am seriously going to miss having him to hold when I want to cry.. I already miss basically everything else about him.. his meow, his soft fur, his purr... *sigh* Yeah. No more kitty to cuddle or vent to.. no kitty to love and pet... I know we have two dogs but it's not the same. :/ I am not a dog person.. I have never been attached to any dog. Not like I was attached to our cats...</sub>
